Teddy’s father, Derek Templeton, expressed his relief, stating, “I don’t plan on leaving my son’s sight for a long time after this.”
After a tense period, Teddy and his family had an emotional reunion. KCSO reported that Teddy was taken from his grandparents’ home around midnight by his mother.
