Children’s Mercy Park has introduced new and convenient Google Fiber Fast Lanes this season to enhance entry procedures. To streamline the process, fans are advised not to bring bags to the venue. For those who must carry a bag, please adhere to the clear bag policy, as all bags are subject to security checks.
Sporting KC tickets are now exclusively mobile and can be managed through your SeatGeek Account Manager. Speed up your entry by having digital tickets ready before reaching the gate – tickets will now be scanned _prior_ to the security check at the entrance. Please remember that screenshots of tickets will no longer be accepted. It is highly recommended to transfer tickets to each member of your group before entry for a faster process.
Cash transactions are no longer accepted inside the venue. Mobile ordering is available for Sporting Style merchandise and all concession stands through the Sporting KC app.
If you need to bring a bag, it must be transparent. Clear bags that are 12” x 12” x 6” or smaller may be permitted after a thorough inspection by stadium security. Fans should be ready to open their bags for inspection and rearrange or remove items if asked by security personnel. All bags are subject to search as a condition of entry.
Fans with medical bags or diaper bags when accompanying a baby or small child will undergo the same inspection process. These bags will be screened and tagged by security post-inspection. Backpacks (including purse backpacks, clear backpacks, or drawstring/cinch bags of any size) are not permitted inside Children’s Mercy Park. Small clutch purses measuring 4.5” x 6.5” or smaller may be allowed after a thorough security check.
Please be aware that wearing opposing team colors and gear is NOT allowed in the Supporters Stand. Any individual wearing such gear will have their seats relocated to another section at Children’s Mercy Park.
Smoking and Smokeless Tobacco
