Minisforum, known for its mini PCs, has unveiled its latest creation, the AtomMan X7 Ti. This new addition to the AtomMan series is being positioned as a high-end and cutting-edge device by Minisforum. It boasts the title of being the “first Intel Ultra 9 AI Mini PC with a 4-inch Touchscreen,” offering a unique feature in the compact PC market. With the trend of incorporating extra displays in PCs gaining traction, the inclusion of a touchscreen in a small desktop PC like the AtomMan X7 Ti seems to align well with evolving user preferences.
Taking a closer look at the exterior of the AtomMan X7 Ti, it resembles a traditional mini PC but with a notable twist. The standout feature is its 4-inch 480p touch display that occupies a significant portion of the top panel. Additionally, the device comes equipped with a convenient stand that tilts the display for easy viewing. Moreover, Minisforum has strategically placed a 1080p Windows Hello compatible webcam and dual microphones above the touchscreen, catering to users who engage in video conferences.
Moving on to the connectivity options, despite its compact dimensions (145 x 145 x 49mm), the AtomMan X7 Ti offers an impressive array of ports, including: two RJ45 5G Ethernet ports, DP 2.0, HDMI 2.1, OCulink Port (up to 64Gbps), two USB4 ports, two USB3.2 Gen2 Type-A ports, one USB3.2 Gen1 Type-A port, USB2.0 port, a 3.5mm Combo Jack, SD Card slot, and a Power Button with an embedded fingerprint reader. In addition, Wi-Fi 7 and Bluetooth 5.4 capabilities complement the dual Ethernet ports. Notably, the presence of dedicated monitor and USB4 ports allows users to connect up to four external displays to the device.

Inside the device, the highlight is the latest Intel Core Ultra 9 processor 185H with a 16C/22T CPU running at speeds up to 5.1 GHz and onboard Arc GPU with eight Xe cores running at up to 2.35 GHz. This chip, known as Meteor Lake, is kept cool by the Cold Wave cooling system, which includes a large fan, three copper heatpipes, and a phase-change module.
When it comes to upgrading the AtomMan X7 Ti PC’s RAM and storage, the process is straightforward. It uses standard DDR5-5600 SO-DIMMs with a maximum capacity of 64GB. Additionally, there are two M.2 2280 PCIe 4.0 SSD slots, and wireless connectivity is provided by a socketed Intel BE200 card, allowing for easy replacement or upgrades.
Pricing details for the AtomMan X7 Ti are not yet available. Minisforum has announced that it will be available for pre-sale starting May 20, where more information about pricing and available RAM/storage configurations will be revealed. Interested individuals can sign up to receive email updates about the product and receive a $30 coupon from Minisforum.
The AtomMan X7 Ti was first unveiled at CES 2024 alongside other new computers such as the Minisforum HX200G, Mini Workstation MS-01, and the V3 tablet.
