Kai Trump, the eldest granddaughter of former President Trump, delivered a touching tribute to him at the RNC stage on Wednesday.

She portrayed him as a loving grandfather who always checks in on her despite his busy schedule, encouraging her to strive for success.

Her heartfelt speech highlighted a different aspect of Trump, showcasing a more personal and softer side to the audience.

“Even when he’s going through all these court cases, he always asks me how I’m doing. He always encourages me to push myself to be the most successful person I can be,” she said. “Obviously, he sets the bar pretty high, but who knows, maybe one day I’ll catch him.”

This was a significant moment for the younger generation of the Trump family.

In a touching introduction by her father, Donald Trump Jr., he emphasized that this was Kai’s first-time experience on a stage and delivering a speech.

Who is Kai Trump?

Kai is the eldest daughter of Donald Trump Jr. and Vanessa Trump, turning 17 recently but not old enough to vote yet.

She has a passion for golf and recently celebrated a tournament win at the Trump International Palm Beach golf course with her grandfather, as seen on her Instagram.

After a recent assassination attempt on Trump, Kai expressed her love and support for him in a post on social media, showing her close bond with her grandfather.

Ivanka and Jared Kushner

Ivanka and Jared Kushner, both senior advisers during Trump’s presidency, have not made an appearance at the RNC this year.

In a social media post from 2022, Ivanka announced her disengagement from politics, expressing her continued support for her father but emphasizing her decision to stay away from political involvement.

Melania and Barron

Former First Lady Melania Trump, who has been married to Trump since 2005, has also been absent from the current campaign. Her son Barron, who was initially listed as a Florida delegate but later withdrew due to prior commitments, was seen at a recent campaign event in Miami.

Eric mentioned in an interview that Ivanka and Melania might make an appearance at the RNC when Trump accepts the GOP nomination on Thursday.
